About PackFlow

PackFlow provides AI-powered custom packaging design software and professional print services. We help brands create, preview, and produce high-quality custom packaging across a wide range of industries and use cases.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction (in most U.S. states, 18 years or older) to create an account or place an order with PackFlow. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your designs are yours. PackFlow retains no rights to artwork you create or upload. When you purchase a design, you receive a license for personal or commercial use of that artwork on your packaging and marketing materials.

This license does not permit:

Reselling the design files themselves
Redistributing the source files to third parties
Using the files to create competing design products

Watermarked previews are provided for review purposes only. High-resolution production files are unlocked upon purchase and are intended for print and production use.

User Conduct & Compliance

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any artwork, claims, logos, or product information you create with PackFlow complies with the laws, regulations, and industry rules applicable to your products and the markets in which you sell them. PackFlow reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

PackFlow's maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
