Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current paid month, then drops to free — no further charges.
What happens to my saved bags if I cancel?
Your saved bags stay on your account. You can re-download the print-ready files for any bag you already designed during a paid month — they remain in your dashboard after cancellation.
What you lose: the ability to design new bags using subscriber credits. To design new bags, simply resubscribe at any time — your dashboard history will be right where you left it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade and the new tier's bag credits and features unlock immediately. Downgrade and the change applies on your next billing date — you keep the higher tier through the rest of the paid month.
Do unused bag credits roll over?
No. Each month you get a fresh allotment (3 / 10 / unlimited depending on tier). Unused credits don't carry over — design every month if you want full value.
If I subscribe while I'm in the middle of designing a bag, does that use one of my credits?
No. When you subscribe from the design app with a bag in progress, that design is included free — the subscribe purchase never consumes a monthly credit. You land with your full allotment intact: 3 credits for Creator, 10 for Brand, or unlimited for Agency.
Credits only count when you save additional new bags after your subscription is live. Subscribing mid-design is intentionally free so you never feel penalized for upgrading at the moment inspiration hits.
What if my payment fails?
Shopify retries the charge a few times over ~30 days. We give you a 7-day grace period after the first failure during which your tier stays active. If billing keeps failing, you'll drop to free — your saved bags stay intact, you just can't design new ones until billing resumes.

Do I still own the designs?
Yes. Every print-ready file you download is yours — use it on packaging, marketing, anywhere. There's no separate licensing fee, no royalty, nothing.
