PackFlow offers two product types — digital downloads and custom-printed bags — each with its own delivery process. Here's everything you need to know.

Digital Downloads

Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase. You'll receive an email with download links, and the files are also available anytime in your account dashboard. No shipping charges apply.

Custom Printed Bags

Production Time

Every PackFlow order is custom-printed to your design. Production takes 7–10 business days for standard orders, or 3–5 business days with Rush Production added at the cart.

Shipping Methods & Pricing

You'll choose your shipping speed at checkout. All rates below are flat per-order and shown without padding or markup. Heavier orders cost more because the carrier charges us more — that's it.

Transit time is in business days after your order finishes production. Shipping is to the continental United States only. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.

Free Ground Shipping over $150

Orders subtotaling $150 or more qualify for free UPS Ground shipping (1–5 day transit after production). It's automatic at checkout — no code needed.

Rush Production

If 7–10 business days is too long, add Rush Production from your cart page to cut production time to 3–5 business days. Rush is a flat $50 base fee + $0.25 per sticker, regardless of which shipping speed you pick. You can mix Rush Production with any shipping method, including free ground.

Examples:

  • Rush + 32 bags = $50 + (32 × $0.25) = $58 total rush fee
  • Rush + 128 bags = $50 + (128 × $0.25) = $82 total rush fee
  • Rush + 256 bags = $50 + (256 × $0.25) = $114 total rush fee

Order Tracking

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. You can also check status anytime in your account dashboard.

Carrier Delays

We promise to ship your order on time. Once a package is in UPS or USPS hands, we can't control how fast they move it. We always quote the late end of each transit window so you usually get your bags earlier — but if the carrier is delayed, shipping fees aren't refundable. We'll always work with you to make it right.

International Orders

We currently ship to the continental United States only. International customers can purchase digital download files and have them printed locally.
