Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we make. Because our packaging is custom-produced to order, our policy differs by product type. Please read the relevant section below.
Digital Downloads
All sales are final once digital files have been delivered. Because design files are non-returnable by nature, we do not issue refunds after delivery.
If your files arrive corrupted, fail to download, or are otherwise undeliverable, contact us immediately at contact@gopackflow.com and we will re-deliver your files or issue store credit — whichever you prefer.
Custom Print Orders
Every print order is manufactured specifically for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or order errors on the customer's part.
However, if your order arrives:
- Defective or misprinted
- Containing the wrong item
- Damaged in transit
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gopackflow.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a reprint or issue store credit at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — we do not issue refunds for the current billing period.
